Is there a delivery charge for pallets?  No, delivery within the Flagstaff area is almost always free.

How is the pallet unloaded upon delivery?  We offer three convenient options for unloading your water pallet(s):
  • Loading Dock: Delivery directly to a standard 48-inch high loading dock.
  • Your Forklift: You can use your own forklift to remove the pallet from the truck.
  • Liftgate Service: Our truck can be equipped with a liftgate to safely lower the pallet to the ground behind the truck. There is a charge for this service

Are Gladden's pallet prices the lowest?  In most cases, yes. When comparing prices, it's crucial to note that Gladden pallets contain 2,016 bottles. Many competitors' pallets hold only 1,800 to 1,900 bottles. When you calculate the per-bottle price, you'll often find Gladden offers the most competitive rates.

How quickly do you deliver?  Typically, orders placed by 2:00 PM are delivered within 1-4 business days.
